In collaboration with ITRI, Changhua County’s Lelin Food Bank developed an inventory-management system integrated with LINE for online supply dispatching.
Donors track the flow of donated supplies, administrators monitor storage status, and volunteers distribute urgently needed items on-site — enabling NPOs and the public sector to care for disadvantaged groups in rural areas more efficiently.
